Claims (3)
- 다음으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 아미노산 서열의 N-말단에 서열번호 36의 아미노산 서열이 부가되어 있는 펩타이드가 그 내부에 함유되어 있는 골이식재:(a) 서열번호 1 내지 35의 아미노산 서열 중 하나 이상의 아미노산 서열; 및(b) 서열번호 1 내지 35의 아미노산 서열에서 선택된 어느 2개가 연결된 아미노산 서열.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드 용액에 골이식재를 침적시켜 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 골이식재는 생물유래 골미네랄의 분말 및 다공성 블록, 합성 수산화아파타이트의 분말 및 다공성 블록, 트리칼슘인산의 분말 및 다공성 블록, 모노칼슘인산의 분말 및 다공성 블럭, 이산화 규소 (실리카)로 이루어진 골이식재, 실리카와 고분자의 혼합체로 이루어진 골충진 이식재로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골이식재.
