Abstract

В настоящем изобретении предложен способ и система извлечения цинка из низкосортной свинцово-цинковой руды. Устройство, используемое в способе, включает устройство восстановительной плавки и пылеуловитель, соединенные друг с другом, при этом общее содержание элементарных свинца и цинка в низкосортных свинцово-цинковых рудах составляет менее 20 мас.%, и элементарные цинк и свинец находятся в форме силиката цинка, карбоната цинка, сульфида цинка, карбоната свинца и сульфида свинца, причем способ включает проведение реакции восстановительной плавки с низкосортной свинцово-цинковой рудой, восстановительным топливом и церусситом, для получения мелкодисперсного оксида цинка и содержащего свинец шлака. Применение низкосортной свинцово-цинковой оксидной руды обеспечивает более низкую стоимость. Между сульфидом цинка и оксидом свинца протекает окислительно-восстановительная реакция, и цинк обогащается в форме высокосортного мелкодисперсного оксида цинка, посредством чего цинк и свинец эффективно отделяют от исходных руд.
