Abstract
Раскрыта система регулирования перепада давления и способ регулирования для распределителя (10) сырья в реакторе (100) с псевдоожиженным слоем. Система содержит измерительный блок (5), выполненный с возможностью измерения перепада давления между первым отверстием (2) для измерения давления и вторым отверстием (3) для измерения давления распределителя (10) сырья, при этом первое отверстие (2) для измерения давления расположено во входной трубе распределителя (10) сырья рядом со стенкой (4) реактора с псевдоожиженным слоем, а второе отверстие (3) для измерения давления расположено в области стенки (4) реактора между воздухораспределительной пластиной (6) реактора (100) с псевдоожиженным слоем и выходным отверстием для газа патрубка распределителя (10) сырья; блок передачи, выполненный с возможностью поддержания связи с измерительным блоком (5) и получения сигнала о перепаде давления; и обрабатывающий блок, выполненный с возможностью определения нормальной или ненормальной работы распределителя (10) сырья на основе сигнала о перепаде давления.
