Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بالكشف عن نظام تحكم في انخفاض الضغط pressure drop control system وطريقة تحكم ب موزع تيار تغذية feed distributor (10) لمفاعل طبقة مميعة fluidized bed reactor (100). يتضمن النظام: وحدة قياس measuring unit measuring unit (5) مهيأة لقياس انخفاض ضغط بين منفذ قياس ضغط أول first pressure measurement port (2) ومنفذ قياس ضغط ثانٍ second pressure measurement port (3) لموزع تيار التغذية feed distributor (10)، يقع منفذ قياس الضغط الأول first pressure measurement port (2) عن أنبوب دخول لموزع تيار التغذية feed distributor (10) بالقرب من جدار مفاعل reactor wall (4) لمفاعل الطبقة المميعة، ويقع منفذ قياس الضغط الثاني (3) عند مساحة من جدار المفاعل (4) بين لوح توزيع هواء (6) لمفاعل الطبقة المميعة fluidized bed reactor (100) ومخرج غاز لفوهة موزع تيار التغذية feed distributor (10)؛ وحدة نقل مهيأة لإجراء اتصالات بالإشارة مع وحدة القياس (5) وتجميع إشارة عن انخفاض الضغط؛ ووحدة معالجة مهيأة لتحديد ما إن كان موزع تيار التغذية feed distributor (10) يعمل بشكل معتاد أم لا بالاعتماد على الإشار
