Abstract

 流量計測装置の使用環境下における新事象に対する対策をより迅速かつ適切なものとする。  ガスメータ100において、超音波流量計104は、流路102に流れるガスの流量を計測し、計測された流量の流量パターンから、流体の使用環境下において、従前の使用環境には存在しない事象である新事象が新たに生じたことを、新事象検知部108は検知する。送受信部110は、新事象検知部108が検知した新事象を表す新事象信号を、ネットワーク300を介してセンター装置200に送信する。新事象としてはその家にとっての新しいガス器具の導入、器具の異常使用、CO発生検知などがある。
