Abstract

Устройство и способ для термического разложения шин и других материалов. Устройство представляет собой автоклавную камеру с различными зонами, в которых шины сжигают с получением энергии для реакции термической деполимеризации, происходит деполимеризация, и продукты выходят из автоклавной камеры. Согласно одному варианту осуществления способа вода реагирует с железом, присутствующим в металлокордных шинах, производя водород, который способствует разрыву дисульфидных связей в вулканизированных материалах. Вода также способствует регулированию температуры реакции, что позволяет регулировать типы и относительные количества разнообразных продуктов деполимеризации.
