Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para tratar materiales carbonosos mediante termólisis de vapor, que incluye: moler el derecho de material carbonoso; alimentar el desecho de material carbonoso molido en un reactor calentado por gases de combustión, los gases cargados con vapor de agua se alimentan dentro del reactor de tal forma que el calor de ese desecho de material carbonoso molido a una temperatura de 200-700°C durante una reacción de termólisis; enfriar los humos de combustión a una temperatura de 200 a 450°C y descargarlos; y descargar los materiales de vapor/gas, formados en el reactor mediante termólisis de vapor, fuera del reactor, luego condensarlos y separar el condensado resultante de la condensación en el agua que contiene hidrocarburos residuales y en el aceite, el agua del condensado se usa como una fuente de potencia para calentar el reactor. La presente invención también se refiere a un dispositivo que permite implementar la invención.
