Abstract

В заявке описан способ производства синтез-газа, в частности для использования в качестве восстановительного газа в доменной печи, включающий получение топливного газа, представляющего собой углеводородсодержащий газ, получение промышленного газа, представляющего собой CO- и/или HO-содержащий газ, смешивание топливного газа и промышленного газа для образования газовой смеси, выполнение нагрева и риформинга газовой смеси внутри аккумулятора (56) тепла, такого как, например, воздухонагреватель доменной печи или нагреватель с твердым теплоносителем, для производства горячего синтез-газа при температуре выше 700°C и ниже 1700°C. Кроме того, описан способ управления работой доменной печи, включающий получение такого синтез-газа и его подачу в качестве восстановительного газа в доменную печь (12).
