Abstract

Предлагаются системы и способы получения керамических порошков. В некоторых вариантах осуществления способ получения керамического порошка включает добавление достаточного количества добавок к совокупности реагентов, чтобы образовать смесь-предшественник, которая, если ее привести в карботермическую реакцию, образует керамический порошок, причем добавка включает по меньшей мере одно из следующих веществ: оксид, соль, чистый металл или сплав элементов с атомными номерами от 21 до 30, от 39 до 51 и от 57 до 77 и их комбинации; и карботермическую реакцию смеси-предшественника с образованием керамического порошка, причем керамический порошок имеет: a) морфологию, выбранную из группы, состоящей из нерегулярной, равноосной, пластинчатой морфологии и их комбинаций, и b) гранулометрический состав, выбранный из группы, состоящей из тонкозернистого, промежуточного, крупнозернистого гранулометрических составов и их комбинаций.
