Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se aos sistemas e métodos para fazer os pós cerâmicos. em algumas modalidades, um método para formar um pó cerâmico inclui: adicionar uma quantidade suficiente de aditivos a uma pluralidade de reagentes para formar uma mistura precursora de modo que quando a mistura precursora reage carbotermicamente a mistura precursora forma um pó cerâmico, em que o aditivo inclui pelo menos um de: um óxido, um sal, um metal puro ou uma liga de elementos que vão dos números atômicos 21 a 30, 39 a 51 e 57 a 77 e as combinações dos mesmos; e reação carbotérmica da mistura precursora para formar um pó cerâmico, em que o pó cerâmico compreende: a) uma morfologia selecionada a partir do grupo que consiste em irregular, equiaxial, em forma de placa e as combinações dos mesmos, e b) uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula selecionada a partir do grupo que consiste em finos, intermediários, grossos e as combinações dos mesmos.
