Abstract
Изобретение относится к физико-химическим процессам переработки избирательных видов сырья путем рециклинга - процесса возвращения отходов, сбросов и выбросов в процессы техногенеза, преимущественно на основе способов высокотемпературного рециклинга и устройств для сжигания топлива для получения горючих газов из твердого углеродсодержащего топлива. Технической задачей является обеспечение стабильности процесса последовательности фаз волнового движения пульсаций газопламенного потока в газоходной камере струйного резонирующего аппарата и улучшение конструктивных служебных свойств струйного резонирующего аппарата. Согласно изобретению струйный резонирующий аппарат выполнен в виде трубчато-углового сортамента, конек (17) которого оснащен по меньшей мере двумя петлевыми анкерами (18, 19) посредством натяжной штанги (20), снабженной крюком (21) на одном конце и накидной проушиной (22) на другом конце, сцеплены с петлевыми анкерами (18, 19) резонатора (16) и с вертикально штыревыми зацепами (23, 24), встроенными в переднюю и заднюю стенки (25, 26) футерованного корпуса (27). В струйном резонирующем аппарате (16) в боковых стенках (29, 30) расположены строчечно прямые сквозные гнезда (31), сопряженные по плотной посадке, с прямыми вставными шипами (32), расположенными в подине (28), оппозитно гнездам (31), и снаружи замкнутыми угловым сварным швом (33) в пространстве. Боковые стенки (29, 30) сопряжены с подиной (28) с возможностью образования между собой трубчато-углового сортамента, внутренняя полость которого являет собой газоходную камеру (34).The invention relates to physical and chemical processes for the processing of selective types of raw materials by recycling - the process of returning waste, discharges and emissions into the processes of technogenesis, mainly based on methods of high-temperature recycling and devices for burning fuel to obtain combustible gases from solid carbonaceous fuel. According to the invention, the jet resonating apparatus is made in the form of a tubular-angular assortment, the ridge (17) of which is equipped with at least two loop anchors (18, 19) by means of a tension rod (20) equipped with a hook (21) at one end and a cap lug (22 ) at the other end, are coupled with the loop anchors (18, 19) of the resonator (16) and with vertical pin hooks (23, 24) built into the front and rear walls (25, 26) of the lined housing (27). In the jet resonating apparatus (16), in the side walls (29, 30), there are line-by-line straight through sockets (31), mated in a tight fit, with straight plug-in pins (32) located in the bottom (28), opposite to the sockets (31), and outside by a closed fillet weld (33) in space. The side walls (29, 30) are coupled with the hearth (28) with the possibility of forming between themselves a tubular-angular assortment, the inner cavity of which is a gas duct chamber (34).
