Abstract
Изобретение относится к физико-химическим процессам переработки избирательных видов сырья для получения горючих газов из твердого углеродсодержащего топлива в газогенераторных отопительных резонансно-ускорительных установках и может быть использована в отопительном оборудовании для обогрева промышленных объектов. Технический результат изобретения характеризуется выполнением струйного резонирующего аппарата в виде штатного набора профильного уголкового сортамента. Газогенераторная отопительная резонансно-ускорительная установка по фиг. 1-2, 9 включает футерованный корпус с топливной камерой, оснащенной зольником 1 с крышкой, горловиной 2 средства розжига топлива с заслонкой 3, клапаном 4 подачи первичного воздуха, дверцой 5 средства розжига топлива в топливной камере с футеровкой 6, загрузочным бункером 7 системы для подачи топлива; струйный резонирующий аппарат 8 с газоходной камерой низкого давления. Корпус струйного резонирующего аппарата 8 выполнен в виде штатного набора профильного уголкового сортамента по фиг. 3-8, каждый элемент 15 штатного набора уголкового сортамента которого выполнен съемным и смонтирован на подвесе между передней и задней стенками топливной камеры 16 установки.The invention relates to physico-chemical processes of processing of selective types of raw materials for the production of combustible gases from solid carbon-containing fuels in gas-generating heating resonant-accelerator installations and can be used in heating equipment for heating industrial facilities. The body of the jet resonating apparatus 8 is made in the form of a standard set of a profile angular mix according to FIG. 3-8, each element 15 of the standard set of angled assortment of which is removable and mounted on a suspension between the front and rear walls of the fuel chamber 16 of the installation.
