Abstract
Изобретение относится к физико-химическим процессам переработки избирательных видов сырья путем применения способов и устройств для сжигания топлива при получении горючих газов из твердого углеродсодержащего топлива в отопительных газогенераторных резонансно-ускорительных установках и может быть использовано в отопительном оборудовании для обогрева промышленных объектов, административных и жилых зданий. Технический результат изобретения характеризуется тем, что в зоне газового тракта топливной камеры установка оснащена средством перераспределения скорости движущегося потока генераторных газов путем их вихреобразования. Отопительная газогенераторная резонансно-ускорительная установка по фиг. 2, 3 включает футерованный корпус, с образованной элементами зольника 1, противолежащими боковыми и торцевыми стенками топливной камеры, оснащенной горловиной 2 средства розжига топлива с заслонкой 3 клапаном 4 подачи первичного воздуха; дверцой 5 средства розжига топлива в топливной камере с футеровкой 6, загрузочный бункер 7, струйный резонирующий аппарат 8 с газоходной камерой. Согласно изобретению, по фиг. 3, 4 газовый тракт топливной камеры 16 установки оснащен средством перераспределения скорости в сечении движущегося потока генераторных газов путем их вихреобразования, выполненным в виде турбулизирующих насадок 30, 31, которые расположены в противолежащих боковых стенках 28, 29 футеровки топливной камеры 15, по строчечной схеме в диагональных крест на крест направлениях.The invention relates to physico-chemical processes of processing selective types of raw materials through the use of methods and devices for burning fuel in the production of combustible gases from solid carbon-containing fuel in heating gas-generating resonant accelerator plants and can be used in heating equipment for heating industrial facilities, office and residential buildings . Heating gas generator resonant accelerator installation according to FIG. 2, 3 includes a lined case with an ashpit formed by the elements, opposite side and end walls of the fuel chamber, equipped with a neck 2 of the fuel ignition means with a valve 3 with valve 4 for supplying primary air; the door 5 means the ignition of fuel in the fuel chamber with lining 6, the hopper 7, jet resonant apparatus 8 with a gas flue chamber. According to the invention, in FIG. 3, 4, the gas path of the fuel chamber 16 of the installation is equipped with a means of redistributing the velocity in the cross section of the moving flow of generator gases by means of their vortex formation, made in the form of turbulizing nozzles 30, 31, which are located in opposite side walls 28, 29 of the lining of the fuel chamber 15, according to the line layout diagonal cross on cross directions.
