Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу повышения производительности установки в начале цикла, включающему секцию риформинга, в которой сырье подвергают риформингу по меньшей мере на одном этапе риформинга, с получением потока, прошедшего этап риформинга, содержащего CH, CO, CO, Hи HO; секцию конверсии, в которой поток, прошедший этап риформинга, подвергают конверсии, по меньшей мере, на этапе реакции высокотемпературного сдвига (ВТС); при этом указанный способ включает следующие этапы: замену исходного катализатора на основе железа катализатором не на основе железа на этапе реакции высокотемпературного сдвига; увеличение потока подачи сырья в секцию риформинга и осуществление этапа ВТС при уменьшенном соотношении пар/сухой газ (П/СГ) по сравнению с исходным соотношением П/СГ на исходном этапе ВТС с исходным катализатором на основе железа.
