Abstract

Целью данного изобретения является создание резьбового соединения для трубы или трубопровода, имеющего превосходное свойство предотвращения несоосности и подходящий момент прилегания и дополнительно имеющего превосходную стойкость к коррозии и превосходную адгезию твердого смазочного покрытия, и создание способа изготовления резьбового соединения для трубы или трубопровода. Резьбовое соединение для трубы или трубопровода согласно данному варианту осуществления включает ниппель (13) и муфту (14). Ниппель (13) и муфта (14) имеют контактные поверхности, включающие резьбовые части (15) и (20) и не имеющие резьбы металлические контактные части. Резьбовое соединение для трубы или трубопровода содержит плакированный сплавом слой (21), состоящий из сплава Zn-Ni, на контактной поверхности, по меньшей мере, ниппеля (13) или муфты (14), фосфатированный слой (22) и твердое смазочное покрытие (23). Они расположены друг на друге в последовательности плакированный сплавом слой (21), фосфатированный слой (22) и твердое смазочное покрытие (23) от стороны контактной поверхности.
