Abstract
Настоящее изобретение имеет целью обеспечить резьбовое соединение для трубы или патрубка, включающее в себя ниппель и муфту, имеющие отличные сопротивление задиру, свойства при действии крутящего момента и антикоррозионные свойства и имеющие отличную способность к адгезии со смазывающим покрытием даже при многократном воздействии высокой температуры и очень низкой температуры, а также обеспечить способ изготовления резьбового соединения для трубы или патрубка. Резьбовое соединение для трубы или патрубка по настоящему варианту осуществления включает в себя ниппель (3) и муфту (6). Ниппель (3) и муфта (6) имеют контактные поверхности, включающие в себя резьбовые участки (4) и (5) и не имеющие резьбы металлические контактные участки (8) и (10) соответственно. Резьбовое соединение для трубы или патрубка содержит слой электропокрывание, состоящий из сплава Zn-Ni, слой, покрывающий покрывания, состоящий из Zn или сплава Zn, и смазывающее покрытие на контактной поверхности по меньшей мере одного из ниппеля (3) и муфты (6), в данном порядке от стороны контактной поверхности.
