Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к резьбовому трубному соединению, предназначенному для бурения или эксплуатации углеводородных скважин, содержащему часть трубного элемента с охватываемым концом, имеющую ось вращения и обеспеченную первой резьбой, проходящей вокруг оси вращения, при этом указанная охватываемая концевая часть является комплементарной по отношению к части трубного элемента с охватывающим концом, имеющей ось вращения и обеспеченной второй резьбой, проходящей вокруг оси вращения, при этом указанные охватываемая и охватывающая концевые части выполнены с возможностью соединения посредством свинчивания, при этом каждая из охватываемой и охватывающей концевых частей дополнительно содержит уплотняющую поверхность, характеризующуюся натягом при контакте "металл-металл", причем резьба и уплотняющая поверхность одной из двух, охватываемой или охватывающей, концевых частей покрыты первым металлическим противокоррозионным и противозадирным слоем, где цинк (Zn) является основным элементом по весу, при этом указанный первый металлический противокоррозионный и противозадирный слой покрыт первым пассивирующим слоем, и комплементарная резьба и уплотняющая поверхность охватываемого или охватывающего конца покрыты вторым металлическим противозадирным слоем, где цинк (Zn) является основным элементом по весу, при этом второй металлический противозадирный слой, по меньшей мере, частично покрыт слоем смазочного материала, содержащим смолу и порошок сухого твердого смазочного материала, диспергированный в указанной смоле.
