Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу обработки растворов хлорида магния, включающему следующие стадии: подача водного раствора хлорида магния с концентрацией хлорида магния 10-30 мас.% на стадию концентрирования, где воду выпаривают, в результате чего получают концентрированный раствор хлорида магния с концентрацией хлорида магния 30-50 мас.%, причем стадию концентрирования проводят в одну или более стадию, где по меньшей мере одну из стадий проводят при повышенном давлении; отведение концентрированного раствора хлорида магния со стадии концентрирования и подача его в реактор термогидролиза, причем реактор находится при температуре по меньшей мере 300°C; отведение MgO из реактора термогидролиза в твердой форме и отведение содержащего HCl газового потока, имеющего температуру по меньшей мере 300°C, из реактора термогидролиза; подача содержащего HCl газового потока, имеющего температуру по меньшей мере 300°C, на стадию охлаждения, где содержащий HCl газовый поток контактирует с охлаждающей жидкостью; отведение содержащего HCl газового потока с температурой ниже 150°C со стадии охлаждения; циркуляция охлаждающей жидкости через теплообменник, где энергия от охлаждающей жидкости передается в нагревающую жидкость, которая циркулирует из теплообменника на стадию концентрирования. Изобретение также относится к способу получения карбоновых кислот, который включает, среди прочих стадий, обработку растворов хлорида магния, как описано выше.
