Abstract
Способ сжижения углеводородного потока из подаваемого потока, включающий, по меньшей мере, следующие стадии: стадия a) пропускание подаваемого газа через теплообменник в противотоке относительно потока смешанного хладагента с получением, по меньшей мере, частично сжиженного углеводородного потока с температурой ниже -140°C; стадия b) извлечение потока смешанного хладагента из теплообменника, из выходного отверстия, где температура в теплообменнике является самой высокой; стадия c) введение смешанного хладагента, полученного на стадии b), в устройства разделения фаз с получением потока газообразного хладагента и первого потока жидкого хладагента; стадия d) пропускание первого потока жидкого хладагента, полученного на стадии c), в теплообменник, начиная с первого входного отверстия и к так называемому промежуточному выходному отверстию, за которым полученный таким образом поток хладагента подвергают расширению, при этом температура T1 на указанном выходном отверстии является такой, при которой указанное расширение происходит с получением газовой фракции ниже 20%; стадия e) пропускание потока газообразного хладагента, полученного на стадии c), в теплообменник, начиная с входного отверстия и к выходному отверстию при температуре T3, уровень которой является самым низким из уровней температуры указанного теплообменника.
