Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de liquéfaction d’un courant d’hydrocarbures tel que le gaz naturel à partir d’un courant d’alimentation (110), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : introduction du courant d’alimentation (110) dans un premier échangeur de chaleur (E1), introduction d’un premier courant réfrigérant (30) dans l’échangeur de chaleur (E1), extraction de l’échangeur de chaleur (E1) de plusieurs courants réfrigérants partiels (301, 302, 303) issus du premier courant réfrigérant (30) par des sorties distinctes (11, 12, 13), introduction de chaque courant réfrigérant partiel (301, 302, 303) issus de l’étape c) dans un organe de détente (V1, V2, V3) et détente de chaque courant réfrigérant partiel (301, 302, 303) pour produire plusieurs courants réfrigérants diphasiques à des pressions différentes, introduction de chaque courant diphasique réfrigérant issu de l’étape d) dans un organe séparateur de phases (24, 25, 26) pour produire un courant réfrigérant gazeux (31, 32, 33) qui est détourné du premier échangeur (E1) et un courant réfrigérant liquide (34, 35, 36) qui est introduit dans le premier échangeur (E1) par des entrées respectives (4, 5, 6), vaporisation de chaque courant réfrigérant liquide (31, 32, 33) par échange de chaleur avec au moins le courant d’alimentation (110) et le premier courant réfrigérant (30) de façon à extraire un courant d’hydrocarbures refroidi (102) en sortie du premier échangeur de chaleur (E1) et à extraire plusieurs courants réfrigérants vaporisés par des sorties respectives (14, 15, 16) du premier échangeur de chaleur (E1). Selon l’invention, le procédé comprend en outre, pour chacun des courants réfrigérants vaporisés issus de l’étape f), les étapes suivantes : mesure de la température du courant réfrigérant vaporisé à sa sortie respective (14, 15, 16), détermination de la température de rosée du courant réfrigérant vaporisé, détermination d’un premier écart de température correspondant à la différence entre la température mesurée à l’étape g) et la température de rosée déterminée à l’étape h), ajustement d’une consigne de débit appliquée à l’organe de détente (V1, V2, V3) en fonction du premier écart de température déterminé à l’étape i) de façon à réduire le débit de courant réfrigérant partiel détendu à l’étape d) lorsque le premier écart de température est inférieur à une première valeur prédéterminée et à augmenter le débit de courant réfrigérant partiel détendu à l’étape d) lorsque le premier écart de température est supérieur à ladite première valeur prédéterminée.
