Abstract
The invention relates to methods for processing hydrocarbon-containing gaseous mixtures, in particular to low-temperature separation of gas components, and may be used for processing associated or natural gas. The method comprises the following steps: a) dehydrating a mixture, b) cooling the mixture, c) passing the mixture through a first rectifying column (7) for producing a first flow (105) rich with hydrocarbons and a second flow (106) comprising hydrocarbons dissolved in COz, d) feeding the components of the first flow (105) for separation in a swirling gas flow in anozzle for separating the components into a third flow (107) lean with components heavier than methane and a fourth flow (108) rich with these components, e) heating the third flow (107), f) using one portion of the third flow (107) as the output gas (114), g) cooling the other portion (ll5) of the third flow (107) and mixing it with the first flow (105) with subsequent feeding the mixture (ll7) produced to the step (d), h) feeding the second flow (106) and the fourth flow (108) to the second rectifying column (12) for producing a fifth flow (109) rich with C3+ hydrocarbons, a sixth flow (l l0) rich with COz and a seventh flow (l I l) rich with methane, i) mixing the seventh flow (111) with the initial gas mixture (101) and directing the components to the step (a). The technical result consists in reducing the losses of target components and increasing the method efficiency. 6 dependent claims, 3 figures, 1 example.
