Abstract
Способ получения гелия из исходного потока (1) газа, содержащего, по меньшей мере, гелий, метан, азот и водород, включающий, по меньшей мере, следующие последовательные этапы: а) введение указанного исходного потока (1) газа по меньшей мере в один компрессор (3); b) удаление водорода и метана посредством реакции потока (4), полученного на этапе а), с кислородом; с) удаление, по меньшей мере, примесей, полученных на этапе b), посредством адсорбции при переменной температуре (TSA); d) частичное конденсирование потока (8), полученного на этапе с), для получения потока (10) жидкого азота и потока (11) газа, преимущественно содержащего гелий; е) очистка потока (11) газа, полученного на этапе d), для повышения содержания гелия с помощью адсорбции при переменном давлении (PSA) посредством удаления азота и примесей, содержащихся в потоке (11) газа, полученном на этапе d).The method of producing helium from the source stream (1) of a gas containing at least helium, methane, nitrogen and hydrogen, comprising at least the following successive steps: a) introducing said source stream (1) of gas into at least one compressor (3); b) removing hydrogen and methane by reacting the stream (4) obtained in step a) with oxygen; c) removing at least the impurities obtained in step b) by adsorption at a variable temperature (TSA); d) partial condensation of the stream (8) obtained in step c) to produce a stream of liquid nitrogen and a stream of gas (11), predominantly containing helium; e) cleaning the stream (11) of the gas obtained in step d) to increase the helium content by adsorption under variable pressure (PSA) by removing nitrogen and impurities contained in the stream (11) of the gas obtained in step d).
