Изобретение относится к подложке (30), покрытой на одной стороне (29) тонкослойной системой (14), содержащей по меньшей мере один металлический функциональный слой (140), причем указанная система содержит, во-первых, последний слой (168), являющийся слоем системы, наиболее удаленным от указанной стороны (29), который содержит по меньшей мере один металл M, причем указанный металл является восстановителем в паре оксид/металл, имеющей окислительно-восстановительный потенциал γ, и указанный последний слой (168) находится в металлическом состоянии, а во-вторых, предпоследний слой (167), являющийся слоем системы, находящимся непосредственно под и в контакте с указанным последним слоем (168) в направлении указанной стороны (29), который содержит по меньшей мере один металл M, причем указанный металл является окислителем в паре оксид/металл, имеющей окислительно-восстановительный потенциал γ, и указанный предпоследний слой (167) находится по меньшей мере в частично окисленном состоянии, отличающейся тем, что указанный окислительно-восстановительный потенциал γбольше, чем указанный окислительно-восстановительный потенциал γ.
