Abstract

Согласно настоящему раскрытию предусмотрен способ лечения субъекта, пораженного злокачественной опухолью, предусматривающий введение субъекту комбинации терапевтически эффективных количеств антитела или его антигенсвязывающей части, которые специфически связываются с белком 1 программируемой смерти клеток (PD-1) или с лигандом 1 белка программируемой смерти клеток (PD-L1), и антитела или его антигенсвязывающей части, которые специфически связываются с рецептором 4 хемокина с мотивом C-X-C (CXCR4) или с хемокином 12 с мотивом C-X-C (CXCL12). Согласно раскрытию также предусмотрен набор для лечения субъекта, пораженного злокачественной опухолью, причем набор содержит одну или несколько дозировок антитела или его антигенсвязывающей части, которые специфически связываются с PD-1 или с PD-L1, одну или несколько дозировок антитела или его антигенсвязывающей части, которые специфически связываются с CXCR4 или с CXCL12, и инструкции по применению антител или их частей для лечения субъекта.
