Abstract
Способ получения FeSiAl сплавов, в котором углеродистую породу с зольностью от > 50% до < 65% смешивают с кварцитом, железосодержащим материалом и древесной стружкой, при необходимости, углем с высоким содержанием летучих веществ, в заданном соотношении компонентов шихты, и гомогенизированный шихтовый материал загружают в плавильную печь для плавления FeSiAl сплава, причем загруженная углеродистая порода может иметь, в частности, следующий химический состав минеральной части (золы): FeO1,5-4,5%; SiO55-65%; AlO25-35%, в частности 32-34%; CaO 0,3-3%; MgO 0,3-2%; TiOдо 1,5% S > 0-0,4%, в частности 0,01-0,06%; P 0,01-0,05%.
