Abstract

Provided is mixed cement which comprises coal ash, maintains characteristics as an admixture of coal ash, and has high early strength development. This mixed cement comprises 20 to 40 mass% of coal ash and 60 to 80 mass% of portland cement with respect to the total amount of the coal ash and the portland cement, and further includes 100 to 300 mg/kg of triethanolamine. The coal ash is also characterised in that it has an SiO2 content of 55 to 60 mass% and has a SiO2/Al2O3 mass ratio of 2.3 to 2.7 and also has a mass ratio of iron content in a crystal phase (e.g. magnetite and hematite) to an iron content in the coal ash of 0.10-0.17.
