Abstract
Предлагается способ осаждения полимера и дезактивированного металлоорганического катализатора в реакции олигомеризации олефина. Способ включает получение выходящего потока из реакции олигомеризации олефина. Выходящий поток может включать полимер и металлоорганический катализатор. Способ может дополнительно включать введение частиц сорбента в выходящий поток. Частицы сорбента могут включать дезактивирующий агент. Дезактивирующий агент может представлять собой воду, спирт, амин, аминоспирт или соответствующее сочетание. По меньшей мере приблизительно 10% частиц сорбента могут иметь размер частицы в диапазоне от 10 до 60 мкм. Способ может дополнительно включать охлаждение выходящего потока, в результате которого происходит осаждение полимера и дезактивированного металлоорганического катализатора из выходящего потока, и получается осадок, который включает сорбент, полимер и дезактивированный катализатор.
