Abstract
Устройство (10) дезинтеграции биологического материала, содержащее полое внешнее тело (11), образующее внутреннюю камеру (12); закрепленную дезинтегрирующую сетку (13), имеющую множество микроотверстий (13а), снабженных острыми краями, располагающуюся поперечно во внутренней камере (12) так, чтобы образовать верхнюю загрузочную камеру (12а), предназначенную для загрузки подлежащего дезинтеграции биологического материала (MB), и нижнюю сборную камеру (12b), предназначенную для сбора биологического материала (MB') после его дезинтеграции; и снабженный лопастью ротор (14), вращающийся во внутренней камере (12), предназначенный для взаимодействия при вращении с закрепленной дезинтегрирующей сеткой (13) так, чтобы подавать биологический материал (MB), содержащийся в верхней загрузочной камере (12а), и обеспечивать его контакт с микроотверстиями (13а) дезинтегрирующей сетки (13), и тем самым вызывать дезинтеграцию биологического материала (MB') при его прохождении через эти микроотверстия. Микроотверстия (13а) дезинтегрирующей сетки имеют размеры или диаметр от 70 до 80 мкм, и получаются посредством процесса формования типа матрица-пуансон с использованием конического или многоугольного пуансона (Р) для вытягивания и разрыва металлического листа (N) из нержавеющей стали так, чтобы каждое микроотверстие имело зубчатый острый край с несколькими кончиками, например шестью, или также с использованием, опять же внутри сферы процесса формования типа матрица-пуансон, источника лазерного света. Как с достаточной точностью установлено с помощью тщательных экспериментальных тестов, благодаря характерным особенностям и конфигурации микроотверстий 13а, посредством устройства (10) дезинтеграции возможно приготавливать без помощи химических реагентов клеточные суспензии и микротрансплантаты ткани, которые сохраняют интактными и неизменными особенности, функции и жизнеспособность исходного недезинтегрированного биологического материала и которые поэтому могут выгодно использоваться в многочисленных медицинских, ветеринарных и косметических приложениях.
