Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к кардиохирургии, и может быть использовано для защиты сердца от ишемии при проведении кровяной кардиоплегии в условиях нормотермии, а также в условиях гипотермии. Универсальный кардиоплегический раствор содержит фармацевтически приемлемые: ионы калия; ионы магния; основание и кислоту, задающие рН буфер в диапазоне 7,1-8,9; диуретик, задающий осмоляльность в пределах 275-460 мОсм/кг. Раствор используется для сохранения функции сердца в условиях искусственного кровообращения, в том числе для достижения асистолии и поддержания достигнутой асистолии. Способ применения универсального кардиоплегического раствора предусматривает при достижении асистолии переход к ее поддержанию за счет уменьшения скорости подачи исходных компонентов раствора относительно скорости подачи аутокрови, уменьшая тем самым соотношение компонентов раствора к аутокрови.
