Abstract

Обеспечено устройство инжекционного формования для формирования прокладки вокруг края стекла. Устройство инжекционного формования включает в себя инжекционную пресс-форму; фиксирующий компонент, расположенный внутри инжекционной пресс-формы и выполненный с возможностью фиксации стекла внутри инжекционной пресс-формы; блок обнаружения, установленный в устройстве инжекционного формования и выполненный с возможностью обнаружения изображения или вибрации стекла; блок определения, связанный с блоком обнаружения и выполненный с возможностью определения, разбивается ли стекло, на основе результата обнаружения блока обнаружения. Устройство может определять, разбивается ли стекло, так, что риск царапания инжекционной пресс-формы вследствие разбития стекла может быть уменьшен. В связи с этим выход годных изделий инжекционного формования может быть улучшен, время для ремонта инжекционной пресс-формы может быть уменьшено, и срок службы инжекционной пресс-формы может быть продлен.
