Abstract
Целью настоящего изобретения является обеспечение нового соединения с низкой молекулярной массой с агонистической активностью по отношению к орексину, которое, как ожидается, является пригодным в качестве передового средства для лечения или профилактики нарколепсии. Настоящее изобретение относится к соединению, которое проявляет высокую агонистическую активность по отношению к орексину и представлено формулой (I)где каждый символ является, как указано в описании, и его фармацевтически приемлемой соли присоединения кислоты, а также агонисту орексина, содержащему соединение или его фармацевтически приемлемую соль присоединения кислоты.
