Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к области придания формы мороженому, в частности оно относится к форме для замороженного кондитерского изделия, подходящей для изготовления выполненного с возможностью отслаивания замороженного кондитерского продукта. Настоящее изобретение также относится к замороженному кондитерскому продукту, имеющему определенную форму. Существует необходимость создания простой и эффективной формы, подходящей для изготовления выполненного с возможностью отслаивания замороженного кондитерского продукта в одной форме, без необходимости применения отдельного инструмента или устройства для образования линий расслоения, канавок или других разрезов. Задача настоящего изобретения заключается в создании формы для замороженного кондитерского продукта, образующей канавки в наружном слое замороженных кондитерских продуктов, в частности, выполненных с возможностью отслаивания замороженных кондитерских продуктов. Было установлено, что форма для замороженных кондитерских продуктов, содержащая по меньшей мере одно выступающее внутрь ребро, образует линию разрыва на выполненном с возможностью отслаивания мороженом, изготовленном посредством указанной формы.
