Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к области придания формы мороженому, в частности настоящее изобретение относится к нагреваемому устройству для отпечатывания рисунка на замороженном кондитерском продукте, в частности нагреваемому устройству, которое выплавляет бороздку в слое внешнего покрытия замороженного кондитерского изделия с образованием тем самым замороженного кондитерского продукта с отделяемым покрытием.
