Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения замороженного кондитерского изделия с покрытием, включающему следующие стадии: (a) получение замороженного кондитерского изделия, за которым следует (b) передача поверхности замороженного кондитерского изделия тепловой энергии, достаточной, чтобы вызвать, по меньшей мере, частичное плавление поверхности указанного замороженного кондитерского изделия, за которой следует (c) обеспечение повторного замораживания поверхности замороженного кондитерского изделия, за которым следует (d) нанесение на замороженное кондитерское изделие жидкого покрытия, которое затем затвердевает с получением твердого покрытия.
