Abstract

Также предлагаются молекулы нуклеиновых кислот, кодирующие антитела, экспрессирующие векторы, клетки-хозяева и способы экспрессии антител. Антитела можно применять для лечения злокачественной опухоли, включая рак желудка, рак прямой и ободочной кишки, рак простаты, рак молочной железы, рак яичника, рак легкого, предпочтительно SCLC, рак пищевода, рак головы и шеи, рак поджелудочной железы, лимфому, предпочтительно неходжкинскую лимфому и рак кожи.
