Abstract
Группа изобретений относится к теплообменной технике. Устройство включает бак с выходным патрубком и источником пара, деаэрационную колонку с крышкой и расположенными на ней патрубками для подвода воды и сдувки выпара, содержащую верхнюю и нижнюю ступени деаэрации. Каждая ступень включает напорную и распределительную тарелки, установленные с образованием струйной камеры в пространстве между ними, и насадки с неупорядоченными элементами. Ступени деаэрации разделены гидрозатвором, образованным бортом напорной тарелки верхней ступени и выступом, присоединенным к крышке деаэрационной колонки. Патрубки подвода воды и сдувки выпара расположены внутри выступа гидрозатвора, в выступе которого выполнены отверстия. Нижние кромки отверстий расположены выше верхней кромки борта гидрозатвора на величину, превышающую сумму высоты перелива теплоносителя через борт гидрозатвора и гидравлического сопротивления канала гидрозатвора. Суммарное сечение отверстий определено из условия равенства давления пара в патрубке сдувки и в пространстве внутри выступа гидрозатвора. Повышает надежность работы.
