Abstract

Устройство измерения температуры для установки верхнего погруженного дутья, предназначенное для измерения температуры плавильной ванны, которая содержит фазу шлака, в ходе пирометаллургической операции, осуществляемой в реакторе установки, где устройство содержит погружную фурму верхнего дутья, содержащую, по меньшей мере, внешнюю трубу и внутреннюю трубу. Внутренняя труба ограничивает канал, и внутренняя поверхность внешней трубы частично ограничивает кольцевой канал. Устройство также включает пирометр, по меньшей мере, сенсорная головка которого установлена в привязке к погружной фурме верхнего дутья и выполнена с возможностью приема энергии инфракрасного излучения, проходящей в продольном направлении внутри фурмы, от выходного конца фурмы. Сенсорная головка также выполнена с возможностью фокусирования полученной энергии инфракрасного излучения, чтобы обеспечить генерирование выходного сигнала или отображение показания температуры плавильной ванны, в которую погружена часть выходного конца фурмы и от которой поступает энергия инфракрасного излучения.
