Abstract
Устройство (20) для прокатки впадины профиля резьбы (Т) на изделии (О) включает в себя: корпус (21), поршень (24) гидроаккумулятора, установленный для скользящего перемещения с уплотнением в проходном канале (22) корпуса, винт (25) грубой регулировки, ввинченный в корпус, блок (26) тарельчатых пружин, сжатый между винтом грубой регулировки и поршнем гидроаккумулятора, поршень (28А или 28В) исполнительного механизма, установленный для скользящего перемещения с уплотнением в цилиндрическом отверстии (23) в корпусе, и резьбонакатный ролик (32), установленный свободно вращающимся на поршне исполнительного механизма. Винт точной регулировки ввинчивается (33) в первое отверстие (34) в корпусе, и сообщается текучей средой с камерой между аккумулятором и поршнями исполнительного механизма. Положения винтов грубой и точной регулировки можно избирательно регулировать для управляемого изменения давления текучей среды в камере. Устройство может устанавливаться на механическом станке (35) и избирательно перемещаться в направлении к изделию для прокатки впадины рельефа резьбы на изделии, когда изделие и устройство вращаются относительно друг друга.
