Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 対象物のねじに谷底ローリングを行うための装置であって、
通路を有し且つ前記通路と連通する円筒形の開口を有する本体と、
前記通路内で密封して摺動する、前記本体に取り付けられたアキュムレータ・ピストンと、
前記本体にねじで取り付けられた粗調節ねじと、
前記粗調節ねじと前記アキュムレータ・ピストンとの間で作用する弾性部材と、
前記円筒形の開口内で密封して摺動する、前記本体に取り付けられたアクチュエータ・ピストンであって、前記アキュムレータ・ピストンと前記アクチュエータ・ピストンとの間の前記通路内にチャンバが画定され、前記チャンバに面する近位端を有し、且つ遠位端を有するアクチュエータ・ピストンと、
前記遠位端に隣接して前記アクチュエータ・ピストンに回転可能に取り付けられるねじロールと、
前記チャンバと連通する第1の開口を有する前記本体と、
前記第1の開口で前記本体にねじで取り付けられる微調節ねじと
を備え、
前記チャンバが液体で完全に満たされ、
前記粗調節ねじ及び微調節ねじのうちの少なくとも1つの前記本体に対する位置を選択的に調節して、前記チャンバ内の流体圧力を制御可能に変えることができ、
それによって、前記装置が、工作機械に取り付けられることができ、また、前記対象物と前記装置がお互いに相対的に回転させられているときに、前記対象物のねじに谷底ローリングを行うように前記対象物の方へ選択的に移動することができる、
装置。 - 前記本体が、前記通路の一部を取り囲む当接面を有して、前記粗調節ねじから離れる方向の前記アキュムレータ・ピストンの移動を制限する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記当接面に対する前記粗調節ねじの位置を調節して、前記弾性部材によってかけられる前記アキュムレータ・ピストンへの力を変えることができる、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性部材が、変位の関数として前記アキュムレータ・ピストンに力をかけるように、前記当接面に対する前記粗調節ねじの位置が調節される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記弾性部材が皿ばねを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記本体が、前記チャンバと連通する第2の開口を有し、且つ、前記装置が、前記チャンバ内の圧力を検知するために前記第2の開口に動作可能に配置された圧力計を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力計がデジタルで、且つ最小/最大呼び出し機能を有する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力計が、示された圧力を遠隔場所へ送信する送信機を含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記アキュムレータ・ピストンは、前記圧力ゲージがかけられた力のポンド値を示すような寸法である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記本体が、前記チャンバと連通し、さらにプラグを備える第3の開口を有し、前記プラグが前記第3の開口を閉じるように前記本体とねじで係合される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記対象物の雌ねじ又は雄ねじに谷底ローリングを行うように用いることができる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置へ外部の流体接続がない、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ねじロールを前記アクチュエータ・ピストンに不適切に取り付けることができない、請求項1に記載の装置。
