Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предусматривает решение проблемы получения фильерного нетканого полотна, имеющего высокие свойства драпировки. Указанное фильерное нетканое полотно получают путем прядения и укладки термопластичного полимера в непрерывное волокно, после чего пространства между волокнами нагревают и сжимают с помощью тиснильного вала, снабженного множеством выступов, расположенных в одну линию в направлении движения волокна и перпендикулярно его направлению. В данном случае отношение площади тиснения составляет 5-12%. Кроме того, минимальное расстояние между соседними выступами составляет 1,5-3 мм. Показатель жесткости при изгибе (жесткость при изгибе [г/см/см]/вес [г/м]×10, определенная с помощью прибора испытания жесткости на изгиб по Кавабата KES) изготовленного нетканого полотна составляет 5-15 см. Прочность при сжатии (RC%) изготовленного нетканого полотна, определенная с использованием KES прибора для испытаний по определению характеристик сжатия по Кавабата KES, составляет 60-75%.
