Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к соединению общей формулы (I)в которой n = 0 или 1, R1 представляет собой необязательно замещенную алкильную цепь, в частности замещенную алкильную цепь, в частности, замещённую фтором, X выбран из N и СН, a R2 выбран из необязательно замещенного фенила и бензила, где 6-членные гетероциклы содержат один, два или три атома азота. Настоящее изобретение также относится к применению указанного соединения в качестве лекарственного средства, в частности, для лечения бактериальных и микобактериальных инфекций, таких как туберкулез, в комбинации с антибиотиком, который обладает активностью против бактерий и/или микобактерий, причем указанное соединение усиливает действие указанного антибиотика.
