Abstract

Устройство (IM) и связанный с ним способ непрерывной подачи нагретого металлического материала (5) в плавильную печь (1), согласно которому по меньшей мере одна линия (L) подачи, включающая конвейер (2) для непрерывного перемещения указанного материала (5) в указанную печь (1), включает одну пару (С) рабочих модулей (17', 17"), включающую первый (17') и второй (17") рабочие модули подачи и нагрева; при этом указанные первый (17') и второй (17") рабочие модули расположены последовательно по отношению друг к другу вдоль указанной линии (L); при этом указанный первый модуль (17') предназначен для формирования и прямого нагрева первого слоя (5') указанного материала (5), размещенного на указанной линии (L), а указанный второй модуль (17") предназначен для формирования и прямого нагрева второго слоя (5") указанного материала (5), расположенного поверх указанного первого слоя (5').
