Abstract
Camlaşabilir malzemeyi eritmeye yönelik proses ve tesis olup bu sayede camlaşabilir malzeme, elektrikli destekleme elektrotlarıyla (4) donatılan bir alev yakımlı fırında (1) eritilmektedir, bu sayede ısı, ısı aktarım akışkanı ve söz konusu sıcak baca gazı (7) arasında ısı değişimi ile bir ısı aktarım akışkanının (22) ısıtılmasıyla fırından (1) tahliye edilen sıcak baca gazından (7) geri kazanılmaktadır; ve bu sayede sıcak baca gazından (7) geri kazanılan ısı, mekanik güç üretilmesi amacıyla söz konusu en az bir tepken (32, 31) ve ısı aktarım akışkanı (33) arasında ısı değişimi ile ve bir Rankine çevrimine bir ısı kaynağı olarak ısıtılmış ısı aktarım akışkanının (33) beslenmesi ile en az bir yanma tepkenini (32, 31) ön ısıtılmasıyla alev yakımlı fırını (1) ısıtması için kullanılmaktadır, bu sayede, söz konusu mekanik gücün en azından bir kısmı veya tercihen tümü elektrik üretmesi için kullanılmaktadır ve bu sayede elektriğin en azından bir kısmı, fırını (1) ısıtması için elektrikli destekleme elektrotlarına (4) beslenmektedir.
