Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к новым соединениям, имеющим нижеприведенную формулу (I)в которой X выбран из водорода, галогена или заместителя и R выбран из водорода, галогена, фенила, арила в соответствии с определением и Y выбран из Н, гидрокси в соответствии с определением и Rвыбран из Н, метила, алкила, Cгрупп с прямой, разветвленной цепью или циклических, насыщенных, ненасыщенных и ароматических гидрокарбильных групп, при этом ароматические группы могут быть гетероциклическими, циклическими или ациклическими и могут быть опциально замещены алкилом, алкинилоксикарбонилом, арилом, бензилом, арилокси, арилкарбонилом и арилоксикарбонилом, эквивалентами серы указанных окси, карбонильных и оксикарбонильных фрагментов, и оксо в соответствии с определением. Настоящее изобретение также относится к их использованию в качестве лигандов холецистокининовых рецепторов и антагонистов холецистокинина, а также к их практическому применению в виде лекарственных препаратов.
