Abstract
В изобретении описан кобальт в окисленном состоянии для использования в качестве подавляющего артефакты слоя (4), покрывающего металлическую подложку (1) медицинского устройства, с целью снижения появления артефактов МРТ, вызванных магнитными свойствами металлической подложки (1), причем подавляющий артефакты слой (4) присутствует на наружной поверхности металлической подложки (1) и содержит по меньшей мере 30% атомов кобальта (ат. % Со) в расчете на общее количество присутствующих в нем атомов переходных металлов, и по меньшей мере 90% атомов кобальта, присутствующих в подавляющем артефакты слое (4), находятся по меньшей мере в одном из окисленного состояния Со(II) и окисленного состояния Со(III).
