Abstract

Настоящее изобретение касается способа получения 1-[6-(морфолин-4-ил)пиримидин-4-ил]-4-(1Н-1,2,3-триазол-1-ил)-1Н-пиразол-5-ола (I - енольная форма) или 2-[6-(морфолин-4-ил)пиримидин-4-ил]-4-(1H-1,2,3-триазол-1-ил)-1,2-дигидро-3H-пиразол-3-она (I - кетоформа) и натрий-1-[6-(морфолин-4-ил)пиримидин-4-ил]-4-(1Н-1,2,3-триазол-1-ил)-1H-пиразол-5-олата (II), исходя из 1,2,3-триазола (III), метилового эфира бромуксусной кислоты (IV-Me-Br) или этилового эфира бромуксусной кислоты (IV-Et-Br), 4,6-дихлорпиримидина (VIII), морфолина (IX) и гидразина (XII).
