Abstract
В изобретении предложен способ обработки масла, включающий обеспечение устройства с высокой скоростью сдвига, содержащего по меньшей мере один ротор и по меньшей мере один статор комплементарной формы, выполненного с возможностью смешивания газа с жидкостью; приведение в контакт газа с маслом в указанном устройстве с высокой скоростью сдвига, причём указанный газ представляет собой инертный газ или химически активный газ; и получение продукта, представляющего собой раствор, дисперсию или их комбинацию. В изобретении также предложена система с высокой скоростью сдвига для обработки масла, содержащая по меньшей мере одно устройство с высокой скоростью сдвига, имеющее впускное отверстие, по меньшей мере один ротор и по меньшей мере один статор комплементарной формы, выполненное с возможностью смешивания газа с жидкостью; источник газа, выполненный с возможностью текучего соединения с впускным отверстием; источник масла, выполненный с возможностью текучего соединения с впускным отверстием; и насос, расположенный ранее по потоку от устройства с высокой скоростью сдвига, который выполнен с возможностью текучего соединения с впускным отверстием и источником масла.
