Abstract
El presente documento se divulga un método de procesamiento de aceite, que comprende el proporcionar un dispositivo de alto cizallamiento que comprende al menos un rotor y al menos un estator de forma complementaria configurada para mezclar un gas con un líquido; poniendo en contacto un gas con un aceite en el dispositivo de alto cizallamiento, en donde el gas es un gas inerte o un gas reactivo; y que forma un producto, den donde el producto es una solución, una dispersión, o una combinación de los mismos. En el presente documento también se divulga un sistema de alto cizallamiento para el procesamiento de aceite, que comprende; al menos un dispositivo de alto cizallamiento, que tiene una entrada y al menos un rotor y al menos un estator de forma complementaria configurado para mezclar un gas con un líquido; una fuente de gas conectada de manera fluida a la entrada; una fuente de aceite conectada de manera fluida a la entrada; y una bomba posicionada ascendente del dispositivo de alto cizallamiento, la bomba en conexión fluida con la entrada y la fuente de aceite.
