Abstract

В устройстве для осуществления реакции синтеза углеводородов предусмотрена линия подачи синтез-газа, в которой происходит сжатие синтез-газа и подача первым компрессором, реактор, скомпонованный для удерживания суспензии катализатора, газожидкостный сепаратор, скомпонованный для разделения непрореагировавшего синтез-газа и углеводородов, выведенных из реактора, на газ и жидкость, первая циркуляционная линия, в которой непрореагировавший синтез-газ после разделения на газ и жидкость претерпевает сжатие и направляется на рецикл в реактор вторым компрессором, и вторая циркуляционная линия, скомпонованная для осуществления циркуляции остаточного непрореагировавшего синтез-газа после разделения на газ и жидкость, на впускную сторону первого компрессора в ходе операции запуска, когда постепенно увеличивается количество вводимого синтез-газа.
