Более конкретно, в изобретении раскрыта фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая телмисартан и амлодипин, которая содержит по меньшей мере один не гигроскопичный наполнитель и/или по меньшей мере одно не гигроскопичное связующее вещество, которое не проявляет разрыхляющего эффекта, и/или по меньшей мере одно гидрофильное смазывающее вещество.
